Hello! We are H.J.Warder Ltd. - specialist pullet rearers based in Pleshey, Chelmsford. This is the place to buy healthy, fully vaccinated chickens in Essex. Starting at £10 each we have the lowest priced hens around.
We are a friendly, family run farm that have been in the poultry business for over 80 years. Our chickens are litter reared with great care and attention here on the farm, from chicks to Point-of-Lay age. Our family business has always taken pride in it's high poultry welfare standards and excellent customer support.
We also supply Layers meal, pellets and wheat straw bales - please see our other pages for prices. We can also give plenty of advice on how to keep your hens happy in their new home.

Dekalb Whites available to reserve, £15 each
